Abstract
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were synthesized by seed growth method, and resonance light scattering (RLS) was proposed for determination of morin hydrate and myricetin using AuNPs as probe. Morin hydrate or myricetin was bond to AuNPs by electrostatic interaction, which leaded to an obviously enhancement of RLS intensity. Linear relationships between ΔIRLS and concentration were obtained in the range of 0.40-10.0 μmol·L-1 for morin hydrate and 0.10-10.0 μmol·L-1 for myricetin, with detection limits (3S/N) of 2.98, 1.39 μg·L-1, respectively. The proposed method was used in the determination of morin hydrate and myricetin in synthesized samples. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 97.2%-103%, with RSDs (n=5) ranged from 0.7% to 2.5%.
