Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Mark Pen Ink by HS-GC-MS

    • The sample (0.100 0 g) was added into the headspace vial with 5.0 mL of glyceryl triacetate pre-added. The vial was sealed and placed in the headspace autosampler to balance at 80℃ for 30 min. 16 Kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the sample were seperated within 50 mins on an Agilent DB-624 column by using program warming with the initial temperature of 40℃. EI and SIM were adopted in MS analysis. Linear relationshipes were found between peak areas and mass ratios of 16 kinds of VOCs in definite ranges, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.08-1.96 mg·kg-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 88.2%-103% and RSDs (n=6) were in the range of 0.80%-4.6%.
