Abstract
After immersion of samples in 4 kinds of food stimulants, including water, 4% (φ) acetic acid solution, 20% (φ) ethanol soltuion and 50% (φ) ethanol soltuion, the immersion solutions were filtrated through 0.45 μm membrane. The analytes were separated on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with a mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase for gradient elution. Diode array detector was used for detection, with the wavelengths at 259, 228, 247 nm for bisphenol S, bisphenol A and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, respectively. The linearity ranges of bisphenol S, bisphenol A and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone were same of 0.02-5.0 mg·L-1 and the detection limits (3S/N) were 0.01, 0.02, 0.01 mg·L-1, respectively. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 89.6%-103% and RSDs (n=6) were in the range of 0.84%-3.2%.
