Abstract
The aquatic product sample (0.500 0 g) was digested with 5 mL of HNO3, 2 mL of H2O and 1 mL of 30% (w) H2O2 solution by microwave digestion program. The digested solution was evaporated to 1-2 mL at 100 ℃, and made its volume up to 25 mL with water. Chromium, copper, zinc, arsenic, cadmium and lead in above solution were determined by ICP-MS. Values of RSDs (n=6) for the 6 elements were found in the range of 1.2%-5.9%, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 96.6%-102%. Standard reference materials of GBW 10023, GBW 10024, GBW 10050, FAPAS reference material TET012RM, and QC material T07225QC were analyzed by the above method, giving results in consistency with the certified values.
