Abstract
Six elements of Be, Zn, Mo, Tl, Ti and Sb in soil were digested with mixed acid of HNO3-HF-HClO4 as digestion system by automatic digestion, and nine elements of V, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Cd, Ba, Pb and Cr in soil were digested with mixed acid of HNO3-HF-HCl as digestion system by microwave digestion. Argon was used as internal standard to correct atomization efficiency and ionization efficiency of soil matrix. The multi-directional observation mode was adopted in inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and the multi spectral line fitting technique (MSF) was used to correct the spectrum interference. Above 15 elements in environmental soil were determined by ICP-AES, and the detection limits were found in the range of 0.1-3.7 mg·kg-1. The standard samples GSS-10 and GSS-13 were determined by the above method, giving results in consistency with certified values, with RSDs (n=11) in the range of 0.15%-2.6%. Taking a riparian soil in Jilin as an actual sample, the values of all elements determined by ICP-AES were consistent with the results of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), with RSDs (n=11) in the range of 1.6%-4.5%.
