Abstract
The copper nanoparticle sample (0.500 0 g) was decomposed with 20 mL of 8 mol·L-1 nitric acid solution, and the solution was diluted to 100 mL with water. An aliquot (10.0 mL) of the above solution was taken and diluted to 50 mL with 0.3 mol·L-1 nitric acid solution. ICP-MS was applied to the determination of 6 trace elements, i.e., Co, Ag, Sb, Sn, Ba and Pb in the sample solution. 115In and 205Tl were used as internal standard for the correction of the matrix effect. The suitable isotopes were used for eliminating and reducing the influence of mass spectrometry interference. Detection limits (3s) of the 6 elements were ranged from 0.002 to 0.074 μg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 94.0%-103%, and values of RSD's (n=11) were less than 5.0%.
