    Simultaneous UHPLC-MS/MS Determination of Bisphenol A and Bisphenol S in Foods

    • UHPLC-MS/MS was applied to the simultaneous determination of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in foods. The food sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with GCB solid phase extraction column. Waters BEH C18 chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and the mixture of water and methanol mixed in different ratios was used as mobile phase in gradient elution. ESI- and multi-reactions monitor mode were adopted in MS/MS. Isotope was used as internal standard. Linearity ranges of bisphenol A and bisphenol S were found in the range of 1.04-52.0, 0.23-11.65 μg·L-1 respectively,with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.30, 0.10 μg·kg-1 respectively. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 94.6%-101%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 2.5%-6.6%.
