    Detection of 15 Quinolones in Aquatic Products by Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography Assay

    • Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay was applied to the detection of 15 quinolones, i.e. Oxolinic acid, Enrofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Difloxacin, Flumequine, Sarafloxacin, Danofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Pefloxacin, Enoxacin, Nadifloxacin, Ofloxacin, Orbifloxacin, Lomefloxacin and Marbofloxacin in aquatic products. The sample of aquatic product was extracted with 0.1%(φ) formic acid acetonitrile solution, and n-hexane was added for defatting. Finally the solution was detected with colloidal gold test strip, and detection time was only 3-5 minutes. Detection limits of 15 quinolones were in the range of 0.3-5 μg·kg-1. 400 batches of the samples were detected, and 9 batches of positive samples were found. The result was verifyied by UHPLC-MS/MS.
