Determination of 10 Organic Acids and Inorganic Acids in Liquid Toilet Cleaner by Ion Chromatography

    • 0.500 0 g of the sample was dissolved with ultrapure water and made up to 200 mL. After mixing by ultrasonic for 10 min, the solution was purified with activated solid phase extraction column and filtrated with 0.22 μm needle-type microporous membrane. Formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, sulfamic acid, citric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid in the filtrate were determined by ion chromatography. Dionex IonPac AS11-HC-4μm RFIC anion analytical column (4 mm×250 mm) and Dionex IonPac AG11-HC-4m RFIC anion guard column (4 mm×50 mm) were used as stationary phase, with different concentration of KOH solution as mobile phase for gradient elution. The results showed that the mass concentration of 10 anions was linear with the corresponding peak area within definite ranges, and the detection limits (3S/N) were between 0.05 and 0.1 mg·L-1. Recovery obtained by standard addition method were between 98.0% and 103%, and the relative standard deviations (n=6) of the measured values were less than 1.0%.
