Abstract
The mutual interference of the UV-spectra of the two effective components amiloride hydrochloride and hydrochlorothiazide contained in the compound amiloride hydrochlorothiazide tablets was solved by the application of the spectral net signal algorithm, and fast and simultaneous determination of the two effective components was performed. In the UV-spectral range of 240-400 nm, the net spectral signals of amilolide hydrochloride and hydrochlorothiazide were calculated by the spectral net signal algorithm, and linear relationships between net spectral signals and mass concentration of the two components were found in ranges of 1.6-2.4 mg·L-1 and 16-24 mg·L-1, respectively. Average recoveries of the two components were found in ranges of 105%-106% and 104%-105%, with RSD (n=5) of 0.70% and 0.69%, respectively.
