    Progress on Application of Non-Aqueous Capillary Electrophoresis in Chiral Separation

    • A review on the application and development of non-aqueous capillary electrophoretic separation of chiral chemical compound is given in this paper, relating especially on the selection of organic solvents, background electrolytes and chiral selective agents, and its widening applications in separation of various chiral drugs. Considering that non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis is a new and developing field in analytical science, prospects on its future progress, especially on the selection of appropriate organic solvents and study on the basic theory were also given (61 ref. cited).
