Abstract
The sample of graphene powder material was dissolved with the mixture of nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwave digestion. After cooling, the digestion solution was diluted to 100.0 mL. ICP-MS was applied to the determination of 19 trace elements, i.e. As, Ba, Bi, Co, Cr, Cu, K, Mg, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, Sn, Ti, V, Zn, Cd, La and Ce in the sample solution. 103Rh and 45Sc were used as internal standards and isotopes were used to overcome mass spectrometry interference. Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of the 19 trace elements were kept in the same range within 500 μg·L-1, with detection limits in the range of 0.01-3.9 μg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 82.2%-123%, and values of RSDs (n=8) of determined values were in the range of 2.6%-8.5%.
