Research Progress on Detection of Off-Flavor Compounds in Water and Liquor

A review on research progress on sample pretreatment methods (including liquid liquid extraction,solid phase extraction, liquid phase microextraction, solid phase microextraction, stir bar sorptive extraction, purge and trap, headspace and so on) and detection methods (including GC, GC-MS, GC-TOF-MS) used in detection of off-flavor compounds in water and liquor was presented (52 ref.cited).
