    Research Progress on Analytical Methods and Distribution Characteristics of Perfluorinated Compounds in Aquatic Products

    • Research progress of extracting methods (organic solvent-water extraction, alkaline digestion extraction, ion-pair liquid-liquid extraction, pressurized liquid extraction and ultrasonic extraction), purification methods (silica column chromatography, dispersed graphitized carbon and/or weak anion exchange solid phase extraction, mixed mode solid phase extraction, QuEChERS or dispersed solid phase extraction, reverse liquid-liquid extraction, gel permeation chromatography, low-temperature freezing degreasing), determination methods (UPLC-MS/MS, TFC-MS/MS, nano LC-MS/MS, UPLC-TOF-MS) and distribution characteristics of the perfluorinated compounds in samples of different aquatic products (invertebrates, shellfish, fish, seabirds mammals, etc) were reviewed, and prospects was made for it (76 references cited).
