    Determination of 10 Aniline Compounds in Wastewater of Dyestuff Plant by Capillary Electrophoresis

    • Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the determination of 10 aniline compounds in wastewater of dyestuff plant. The 10 aniline compounds which pre-column derivatived by EASC were separated in 12 min quickly. Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 10 aniline compounds were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) of the method ranged from 0.025 to 0.055 mmol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of wastewater samples of dyestuff plant, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSDs (n=5) of determined values in the ranges of 97.6%-102% and 1.4%-3.1% respectively.
