Abstract
The soil sample particles was extracted with the mixture of acetone and n-hexane with volume ratio of 1∶1. Extraction temperature was 100 ℃, and extraction time was 8 min. After the extract was concentrated by nitrogen blowing, it was purified by automatic solid phase extraction instrument and then concentrated to 1.0 mL. GC was applied to the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) in the concentrated solution. The analytes were separated on DB-5HT quartz capillary chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.10 μm) and detected by FID. Linearity range of petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) was found within 9 300 mg·L-1 with detection limit of 2 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank soil sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 87.5%- 96.0%, with RSDs (n=6) of determined values in the range of 1.2%-4.5%.
