Application of Molecular Imprinting Technology in Detection of Residual Amounts of Neonicotinoid Insecticides

    • The structural characteristics and mechanism of neonicotinoid insecticides, and preparation methods (including bulk polymerization, precipitation polymerization and surface imprinting polymerization) of molecularly imprinted polymers using them as templates were summarized. A review on application of sensors (including electrochemical sensors and fluorescent sensors) using molecularly imprinted polymers as recognition elements in detection of residual amounts of neonicotinoid insecticides was presented. A brief prospect was also given (50 ref. cited).
