    UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS Identification of Chemical Constituents and Establishment of UHPLC Fingerprints for Euphorbia Humifusae Willd.

    • The samples of 12 batches of Euphorbia humifusae Willd. from different habitats as experimental materials, were treated with ultrasonic for 45 min in 80% (φ) methanol solution. Under the conditions of the detection wavelength of 254 nm and column temperature of 30 ℃, UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with MMDF and DBS was used for rapidly analyzing the chemical constituents in Euphorbia humifusae Willd.. Using ellagic acid peak as the reference peak, UHPLC fingerprints of 12 batches of Euphorbia humifusae Willd. from different habitats were established based on UHPLC and fingerprint similarity software. The results showed that 37 chemical constituents in Euphorbia humifusae Willd. were rapidly identified by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS. In UHPLC fingerprints of 12 batches of Euphorbia humifusae Willd. from different habitats, 6 peaks of the 16 common peaks were identified by comparison with reference substances, which were gallic acid (peak 1), ellagic acid (peak 4), quercetin (peak 13), luteolin (peak 14), apigenin (peak 15) and kaempferol (peak 16). The UHPLC fingerprint similarity of 12 batches of Euphorbia humifusae Willd. was in the range of 0.841-0.985.
