    Application Progress of MOFs Materials in Electrochemical Aptamer Sensors

    • The electrochemical aptamer sensor based on the nucleic acid aptamer as recognition element is used for the detection according to changes in chemical signals before and after the combination of aptamer and target ligand. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are widely used in electrochemical aptamer sensor because of its characteristics of large specific surface area, high porosity and adjustable pore size. A review on application progress of MOFs materials in the construction of sensitive interface of electrochemical aptamter sensors, signal labeling and enzyme simulation was presented (42 ref. cited).
