Abstract
A method for simultaneous determination of 45 additives in plastics for electronic and electrical products by GC-MS/MS was established. The plastic samples were cut into 1 cm×1 cm fragments, then sample (0.5 g) was taken and extracted by ultrasonic twice with a mixture (extractant) of methylene chloride and methanol at volume ratio of 1:1 at 60℃ for 30 min. The obtained extracting solution was combined and made its volume up to 25 mL with extractant. DB-5HT column was used, and the sample solution were analyzed at inlet temperature of 350℃ and ion source temperature of 230℃ under SIM mode. As shown by the results, linear relationships between mass concentrations of 45 additives and their peak areas were kept in the range of 0.5-5.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.2 mg·L-1. Recovery test was made on the blank samples by standard addition method at 3 concentration levels, giving results in the range of 82.0%-119%, and RSDs (n=6) of the determined values were ranged from 0.31% to 8.5%. Repeatability test was made with RSDs (n=6) of the determined values ranged from 0.22% to 6.9%. The method was applied to the determination of 45 additives in actual samples, and benzo pyrene, DNOP, DEHP and DIBP were detected in different degrees.
