Abstract
The traditional quantitative assay methods of biogenic amines suffer from many pretreatment issues such as long assay time, low extraction efficiency and large solvent depletion. To address these issues, the rapid, accurate and green pretreatment technologies (such as dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction, solid-phase microextraction, and dispersed solid-phase extraction), the subsequent detection methods and their research progress in the past decades were reviewed, and the outlooks on the application prospects of these technologies and methods were also presented (56 ref. cited).
