    Research Progress of Fluorescent Probes of Zn2+ Based on Different Fluorescent Chromophores

    • Fluorescent spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low detection limit and convenient operation. Therefore, the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes that specifically recognize and detect Zn2+ are of great significance to the research fields of chemistry, biology, and clinical medicine. Taking Zn2+ fluorescent probes reported in recent years as examples, the mechanism, application and development prospect of Zn2+ fluorescent probes based on different fluorescent chromophores were reviewed, which provided a reference for the study of zinc ion fluorescent probes (44 ref. cited).
