Abstract
Fluorescent spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low detection limit and convenient operation. Therefore, the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes that specifically recognize and detect Zn2+ are of great significance to the research fields of chemistry, biology, and clinical medicine. Taking Zn2+ fluorescent probes reported in recent years as examples, the mechanism, application and development prospect of Zn2+ fluorescent probes based on different fluorescent chromophores were reviewed, which provided a reference for the study of zinc ion fluorescent probes (44 ref. cited).
