    • The research progress on matrix effect in chromatography determination of pesticide residues from two aspects, including the main influencing factors of matrix effect (the structure and type of pesticides, the concentration level of pesticides, the matrix type, the concentration level of matrix, the pre-treatment method and the chromatographic condition) and application research (improvement of pre-treatment methods, optimization of chromatographic conditions, selection of standard protectants, selection of matching matrix, and improvement of quantitative methods) was reviewed, and the future research directions were prospected (79 ref. cited).
