Establishment of High Performance Liquid Chromatography Fingerprint of Zhizi Baipi Decoction Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine

    • According to the method recorded on Shanghan Lun, the test solutions of 10 batches of Zhizi Baipi decoction were prepared and separated on Diamonsil C18 column, using the mixed solution composed of 0.2% (volume fraction) formic acid solution and methanol at different volume ratios as mobile phase for gradient elution at 35 ℃ of column temperature. The components of the test solutions were detected at 250 nm of wavelength, and the chromatogram was recorded. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint of Zhizi Baipi decoction compound traditional Chinese medicine was established according to the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2012 Aedition). As shown by the results, there were 15 common peaks in the fingerprints of 10 batches of Zhizi Baipi decoction, in which 3 common peaks were attributed to Phellodendron amurense, while the remaining common peaks were attributed to Gardenia jasminoides. Compared with the reference substance, peaks of No.9, No.10 and No.13 were genipin 1-gentiobioside, geniposide, and berberine hydrochloride, respectively, and the similarity was in the range of 0.880-0.949 between fingerprints of 10 batches of Zhizi Baipi decoction and reference fingerprint.
