    GC Determination of 3 Organophosphorus Pesticides and 9 Organochlorines Pesticides in Soil with Accelerated Solvent Extraction

    • The contents of 3 organophosphorus pesticides and 9 organochlorines pesticides in soil were determined by GC. The sample was crushed and extracted statically with mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone (1+1) at 60 ℃ for 10 min. The Rtx-1701 column and flame photometric detector were used for separation of the 3 organophosphorus pesticides and Rtx-CLPⅡ column and electron capture detector were used for separation of the 9 organochlorines pesticides. Linearity ranges for 12 organic pesticides were obtained between 5.0 and 80 μg·L-1 with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0.02-0.40 μg·kg-1. Using blank sample of quartz sand as matrix, test for recovery was made by standard addition method, and values of recovery obtained were in the range of 78.5%-108%, with values of RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 4.2%-9.9%.
