    NIR SPECTROMETRIC ANALYSIS OF 3 KINDS OF MAIN COMPONENTS IN TEA AS A RAPID METHOD OF QUALIFICATION OF TEA

    • NIR spectrometry was applied to the determination of polyphenols,amino acids and caffeines in tea,the contents of which are closely related to the quality of tea.PLS algorithm was applied in the establishment of analytical models showing the relationships between the 2nd derivatives of NIR spectra with the contents of the respective components mentioned above.The results calculated by these analytical models were found to be in consistency with the values determined by the GB standard methods.The proposed method was proved to be feasible as a rapid method for qualification of tea.
