Abstract
High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was applied to the separation and purification of the primary ethanol extract of Radix angelicae pubescentis.A two-phase solvent system of chloroform, methanol and water in the ratio of 4 to 4 to 2 was selected, and the upper phase was used as stationary phase and lower phase was used as mobile phase. The solvent of lower phase obtained was determined by HPLC with UV detector, and identified by EI-MS and H1-NMR.The main component of Radix angelicae pubescentis was found to be oxypeucedanin hydrate, with its purify of 98.3%.
