    RAPID SEPARATION AND DETECTION OF RIBOFLAVIN IN SYNTHETIC FLAVIN MONONUCLEOTIDE BY MICROCHIP CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS

    • A microchip capillary electrophoresis system with laser-induced fluorescence detector (CE-LIF) was fabricated for separation of riboflavin from flavin mononucleotide.Under optimized conditions (5.0 mmol·L-1 phosphate buffer at pH 7.00,2 500 V separation voltage),baseline separation of riboflavin and flavin mononucleotide was achieved in about 1 min.The impurity riboflavin in synthetic flavin mononucleotide (sodium salt) was detected by the proposed method,and the results obtained met with the qualification of products.
