Abstract
A method of microwave-assisted digestion followed by cold vapour AAS determination of mercury in fish meal was proposed in this paper. Orthogonal designing was used for optimization of working parameters of AAS determination. Interferences of coexisting ions were studied. Experimental results showed that linear relationship between mercury concentration and absorbance ranged within 30 μg·L-1 was obtained. DL of the method was found to be 0.13 μg·L-1,and RSD was 2.6%. Recovery was in range of 97.6%-106.8%.
