    FI-HG-CV-AAS Determination of Mercury(Ⅱ) Waste Water

    • The FI-hydride generator was used in combination with the atomic absorption spectrometer for cold vapor AAS determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in waste water. Under the optimum conditions of acidity of sample solution,concentration of KBH4 added and operation parameters of the instrument,value of detection limit (3S/N) of this method attained to 0.006 μg·L-1. Recovery of the method was tested by the standard addition method,and the results obtained were in the range of 94.0% to 101.0%,with values of RSD′s (n=6) ranged from 3.9% to 4.7%.
