    Identification of Rhodobryum Roseum and Its Adulterants by FTIR Combined with Cluster Analysis

    • The combined technique of FTIR and cluster analysis was applied to identify rhodobryum roseum and its adulterants, i.e. mnium laevinerve, trachycystis ussuriensis, plagiomnium arbusculum and plagiomnium acutum. Based on the infrared spectrum from 4 000 to 500 cm-1, 5 species of mosses were identified by cluster analysis with between-groups linkageand successfully classified.
