    ICP-AES Determination of Trace Elements in Violet Grown in Tianshan

    • The sample of violet grown in Tianshan,was treated with a mixed solution of HNO3 and H2O2 by wet digestion method,and the contents of trace elements,including B,Cu,K,Mg,Mn,Se,Zn,Cr,Fe and V in the sample solution,were determined by ICP-AES. The detection limits (3s) of the method were less than 0.015 mg·L-1. The values of recovery of trace elements found by standard addition method were ranged from 95.4% to 106.4%,with RSD′s (n=6) of 2.7%.
