    • Programme,methods,norms and 6 kinds of technical measures used in the affirmation of measurement methods were described and introduced in this paper.Nine norms of the technique of method affirmation,including the obtaining and evaluation of the norms were discussed in detail.It was pointed out that the recognition and elimination of those significant and influential factors should be the key points to be examined by the technique of method-affirmation.
