Abstract
The sample of Smallanthus sonchifolius was digested at 130 ℃ for 2 h in a closed vessel under pressure, and contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in the sample solution were determined by FAAS. The spectral lines with wavelengths of 422.7, 285.2, 248.3, 279.6, 324.8, 213.9 nm were selected as analytical spectral lines for the determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn respectively. Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration of the 6 elements were obtained in definite ranges, with detection limits (3s) of 9.49, 9.49, 1.06, 2.59, 0.539, 3.58 μg·L-1 for Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the CRM (GBW 10019) of apple, the results obtained was in conformity with the certified values.
