Abstract
Machanism of the interaction between 2-ethoxy-3-phenyl quinazoline-4-one (EPQO) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) under different environments was studied by UV-VIS spectrophotometry and fluorospectrometry.It was found that fluorescence quenching of the interaction was due to dynamic quenching.The binding constants,number of binding sites,types of binding force and binding distances were found by applying the equation of site-binding model,thermodynamic equtions,and Frster theory of transfer of non-radiation energy.
