    GC Determination of Residual Amounts of 5 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables

    • The residual amounts of five organophosphorus pesticides, including isofenphos-methyl,fenamiphos, demeton, phosfolan and coumaphos, in fruits and vegetables were determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector (GC-FPD). The sample was extracted homogeneously with acetontrile, and the extract was purified with graphitized carbon black. SPB-608 capillary column was used for separation, and FPD was used for determination. Detection limits (3S/N) for the 5 organophosphorus pesticicdes found were in the range of 0.01-0.05 mg·L-1. Recovery and precision were tested and results of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 91.3%-110.0 %, and values of RSD′s (n=6) were in the range of 1.5%-4.6%.
