    Electrochemical Determination of Trace Amount of Arsenic(Ⅲ) in Water with Nickel Oxide Nanoparticles Modified Electrode

    • Nickel oxide nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry,to prepare NiO nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (NiO-GCE).The structure and property of NiO-GCE were characterized by AC impedance and cyclic voltammetry.It was found that NiO-GCE showed effective catalytic property to As3+ at 0.9 V in PBS of pH 7.5.Linear relationship between values of oxidative peak current and concentration of As3+ was obtained in the range of 1.5×10-6-3.8×10-4mol·L-1,with value of detection limit (3S/N) of 5.0 ×10-7mol·L-1.
