Abstract
A pattern plate of indium-tin oxide (InSnO) fixed with polystyrene microballs was prepared by applying the Langmuir-Blodgette technique. The pattern plate was placed horizontally into a precuisor sol containing Zn(NO3)2 and citric acid, and the ZnO cavities array/InSnO electrode was prepared by the Sol-Jel method. The prussian blue (PB)/chitosan hybrid film modified ZnO cavities array/InSnO electrode was obtained by electrode-position technique. This modified electrode showed good electrochemical activity in solution of pH 7.0-8.0, and linear relationship was obtained between values of response current and concentration of H2O2 in the range of 7.67×10-7-4.72×10-4mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 2.4×10-7mol·L-1. Value of RSD (n=10) found in determination of 2.0×10-5mol·L-1 H2O2 was 3.8%.
