Abstract
In 0.12 mol·L-1 H2SO4 solution, the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity emitted by the reaction between 1.0×10-3mol·L-1 Ce(SO4)2 solution and 2.0×10-4mol·L-1 Ru(bpy)32+ solution was significantly enhanced by ranolazine and linear relationship between values of increase in CL intensity and mass concentration of ranolazine was obtained in the ranges of 0.1-2.0 mg·L-1 and 2.0-10.0 mg·L-1 separately. Detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.062 mg·L-1. The CL analyzer (model Sirius V3.1) was used in the testing and analysis. Addition of reagent and sample solutions should be carried out in the order of Ce(SO4)2 solution, Ru(bpy)32+ solution and sample solution with their volume of 50, 50, 10 μL separately. The CL intensity attained to a maximum value after reaction for 4 s. Recovery was tested by addition of ranolazine standard in 3 mass levels (0.250, 0.500 and 0.750 g) to a simulated sample, values of recovery found were in the range from 97.6% to 102.4% with values of RSD′s (n=10) less than 2%.
