Abstract
A new chemiluminescence microfluidic sensor chip based on molecular-imprinted recognition, used for determination of dipyridamole was designed and fabricated. The molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by using dipyridamol as template molecule,α-methyl propenoic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol di-α-methyl propenoate as cross-linking agent and with chloroform as solvent. The polymer obtained was filled into the detection cell of the microfluidic sensor chip, with its dimension of 8 mm(length)×1 mm(width)×0.5 mm(depth),acting as recognition element.Dipyridamole was on-line adsorbed and recognized by the molecular-imprinted polymer of the sensor chip, and the adsorbed dipyridamole was reacted with a mixed solution of luminol and potassium ferricyanide, resulting an enhancement of chemiluminence (CL) signal. The magnitude of increase of CL intensity kept a linear relationship with mass concentration of dipyridamole in the range of 1.0-20 μg·L-1.Detection limit (3σ) of the method was found to be 0.5 μg·L-1.Test for precision was made at the concentration level of 10 μg·L-1 of dipyridamole, and value of RSD (n=7) found was 4.6%.
