Application of the Technique of Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion in Closed Vessel to Metal Analysis

A review on the application of the technique of microwave assisted sample digestion in closed system to metal analysis, relating its principle and characteristic, selection of microwave digestion systems, and some important attentions for safety in manipulation, was given in this paper. Special emphases were paid to the application of this technique to the treatment of samples of different metals and alloys (40 ref. cited).
