FAAS DETERMINATION OF Zn Cu Ca Mg IN HAIR OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERER

Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg in human hair was established in this paper.The hair samples were taken from 45 sufferers of high blood pressure (HBP) and 34 healthy persons as the control group.Analytical results showed that Zn,Cu,Ca in hair of HBP group were significantly lower than that of the healthy group (p<0.05),and Mg in HBP group was extremely lower than the healthy group.This implies that pathogenic mechanism of HBP is probably related to the contents of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg in the human body.
