FAAS Determination of Elements in Microamounts in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae with Microwave Assisted Sample Digstion

Microamounts of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,Ca and in herba hedyotidis diffusae were determined by FAAS.The sample was digested with a mixture of conc.HNO3,HClO4 and H2O2 in the ratio of 8 to 1 to 2 by volume.Strontium chloride was added to elminate the interferences of coexisting elements in the determination of Ca and Mg.Standard curves of the 6 elements were prepared by using the respective standard solutions,and linear regression equations with correlation coefficients from 0.986 9 to 0.999 6,were obtained.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method,and the values of recovery found were in the range of 98%-101%.
