Abstract
Preparation of polymethylene blue,single-wall carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (PMB-SWCNT′s/GCE) was described and the electrochemical behavior of nicotinamide adenime dinucleotide (NADH) at this modified electrode was studied.It was shown that the modified electrode behaved with synergistic-catalytic reaction and with good responese ability toward NADH.In an aqueous PBS of pH 7.0,a positive shift of oxidation peak potential of NADH and an increase of peak current were observed.Linear relationship between values of the oxidation peak current and concentration of NADH was obtained in the range of 5.0 ×10-6-7.0 ×10-4mol·L-1.Detection limit (3S/N) of the method obtained was 1.4×10-6mol·L-1.The proposed method was satisfactorily used to determine NADH in samples of biological materials,giving average recovery of 99.5%.
