    Preparation of the Biosensor CHIT/nano Au/GOx and Its Application to Determination of Glucose

    • Chitosan-nanogold modified glassy carbon electrode (CHIT/nano Au/GCE) was prepared by electrodeposition of nanogold particles from a mixed solution containing chitosan and HAuCl4 onto the surface of a pretreated GCE.And the biosensor (CHIT/nano Au/GOx) was prepared by immobilizaing glucose oxidase on the surface of CHIT/nano Au/GCE through cross-linking by pentanedial.This new biosensor behaved to give quick response to glucose (<5 s).Linear relationship between values of response current and concentration of glucose was kept in the range of 20 μmol·L-1-5 mmol·L-1,with a detection limit (3S/N) of 12 μmol·L-1.
