HG-AFS Determination of Se in Ganoderma Lucidum with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

Abstract
HG-AFS was applied to the determinations of selenium (Se) in Ganoderma Lucidum with microwave assisted sample digestion. Influential factors,including the conditions of microwave digestion,working parameter of instrument,suitable amount of potassium borohydride added,and interferences of the coexisting ions were studied and optimized. Linear relationships between the fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of Se found was within the range of 200 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.052 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard samples GBW 08509 and GBW 08504,giving results of Se contents in consistency with the standard values.
