    Application of Coordination of Silver Ion in Separation and Determination of Natural Active Substances

    • A review on the application of coordination of Ag(Ⅰ) ion in separation and determination of natural and active substances (including DHA, EPA, α-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid, β-elemene, 5F in pteris flag system, tocopherol and tocotrienol etc.) was presented, relating mainly to the mechanism of coordination of Ag(Ⅰ) with the -C=C- bond; the separation and purification of the aboved mentioned 8 natural and active substances; and the combination of separation by coordination of Ag(Ⅰ) with the methods of HPLC and TLC for the determination of the 8 substances (31 ref. cited).
