    Combination Reaction Between Molecules of DNA and 5-Br-PAN-S

    • The interaction of molecules of DNA with 5-Br-PAN-S was studied by applying the spectral correction technique.Through absorptio-spectrometry,In a buffer medium of pH 8.04,the physical chemical parameters of the combination product were studied by spectro-photometry.The combination ratio between 5-Br-PAN-S and DNA (L∶DNA) at 10 ℃ was found to be 4.3,with combination constant of 0.611 8×106;while at 30 ℃,the ratio was 3.7 with combination constant of 0.676 9×106.It was found that the interaction conformed with the Langmuir adsorption equation.This interaction was feasible to be used for the determination of DNA.
