Abstract
A method of hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of lead in salted sheep casings,soy sauce and honey was reported in this paper.Under the optimum conditions,the limit of detection was 0.32 μg·L-1,the relative standard deviation was 1.30%,average recovery for salted sheep casings,soy sauce and honey samples was 94.5%,94.3%,94.0% respectively.
