    ELECTROCATALYSIS OF POLY-FLUORESCIEN FILM MODIFIED ELECTRODE TO DOPAMINE

    • Based on the electrocatalysis reaction of poly-fluorescien film modified electrode on dopamine,a method was established for the determination of dopamine.Experimental results showed that a linear relationship between oxidation peak current and dopamine concentration ranged in 5.27×10-6-2.03×10-4mol·L-1 was presented.Detection limit was determined to be 2.1×10-7mol·L-1 and RSD was calculated to be 2.5% from 8 measurements.Recovery was 100.1%.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of dopamine in medical injections.
